On Friday 12 June 2026 our Lisa Haywood will be giving her longest talk yet - 45 minutes - at the Somerset Business Expo, powered by Sedgemoor Chamber of Commerce.

It's a real honour for Lisa to be invited to speak at such a great event, where hundreds of local businesses are expected to be represented.

Lisa's talk will be a really practical workshop session on how to deal with common business disputes or disagreements with integrity and whilst preserving credibility and reputation. Nobody likes to think they will fall out with any business contact, but life happens and sometimes it's unavoidable. What really stands a good business apart is how they deal with conflict. LIsa will be running through the most common types of disagreement you will come across in your business and has packed the session with tips on how to put commerciality and human interest first when seeking to resolve things, so relationships can be preserved and reputation doesn't suffer.

We can't wait to see you there. The event runs at Junction 24 in Bridgwater from 10am to 4pm. Lisa's talk is at midday.
